ORDER INFORMATION
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, click on the cart icon and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. You can place an order as a guest or create an account for faster checkout in the future.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within a short period after placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once the order has been processed or shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
How do I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if it has not shipped out yet. Please send us an email that you would like to cancel your order.

In the event your order has already ship out from our office, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order.
Unwanted items will have to be returned after delivery.
After the products at our office, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
Can I add/remove products from my order?
We can add and remove the products from your order if it has not shipped out yet. Please send us an email that you would like to cancel your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal. The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is fully encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
Can I pay using multiple payment methods?
Unfortunately, we do not support splitting payments across multiple payment methods. Please choose one payment method per transaction.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Items will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days after receiving the order.
What shipping method do you use and how long does it take for delivery?
Shipping carrier depends on the country of delivery.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
The total payment includes the price of the product and shipping charge.
If the delivery address is in Japan, sales tax is added.
When importing products from overseas, import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be levied on them, even if they are personal goods or gifts.
These fees are usually charged when the package arrives in the destination country.
Depending on your country, you may be required to pay these charges at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost.
Shipping to EU / Nordic / Australia area
Customers in the EU, Scandinavia, Australia, New Zeeland may need to pay local customs duties, sales tax (VAT), and other fees to the shipping company upon order receipt. Returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted for refusal to pay.

Where are your products made?
Bamboo knitting needles are made in Japan. They are crafted with high-quality bamboo materials and advanced techniques in our factory. With various lengths and thicknesses, we offer the needles for any project.
How can I find the right size?
Sizes are listed on each product page. If you need help selecting a product, please contact us. We will assist you in finding the most appropriate size.
Is there nickel in any of Seeknit knitting needles?
The metal fittings of the Seeknit CURVE Series needles, cables, cord joints and stoppers are made of stainless steel and contain nickel.
The metal fittings of existing needles, cables, cord joints, stoppers and converters other than the Seeknit CURVE series are made of brass and contain trace amounts of nickel.
The color of the yarn has transferred to my bamboo needles. What should I do?
While working with dark-color yarns, be aware that the color may transfer to bamboo needles. Once the color is transferred, it cannot be removed. However, this does not affect the functionality or use of the needles.
