ORDER INFORMATION
How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready to checkout, click on the cart icon and follow the instructions to complete your purchase. You can place an order as a guest or create an account for faster checkout in the future.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within a short period after placement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once the order has been processed or shipped, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal. The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your payment information is fully encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways.
Can I pay using multiple payment methods?
Unfortunately, we do not support splitting payments across multiple payment methods. Please choose one payment method per transaction.

International shipping

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Items will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days after receiving the order.
What shipping method do you use and how long does it take for delivery?
Shipping carrier depends on the country of delivery.
To the US, Canada, India, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Brazil
FEDEX: International shipping service
Delivery times:
USA, Canada 2- 4 days
To: Other countries
POST: International small parcels or express mail service.
Delivery times: 7-14 days
Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
The total payment includes the price of the product and shipping charge.
If the delivery address is in Japan, sales tax is added.
When importing products from overseas, import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be levied on them, even if they are personal goods or gifts.
These fees are usually charged when the package arrives in the destination country.
Depending on your country, you may be required to pay these charges at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost.
Shipping to EU / Nordic / Australia area
Customers residing in EU, Nordic and Australia are not eligible to purchase. If you wish to purchase, you may be required to pay local customs duties, consumption tax (including VAT), and other fees to the shipping company upon receipt.
We do not accept returns or cancellations due to refusal to pay.
If you wish to place an order for that too, please contact us through the contact box. We will update your order so that it can be purchased temporarily.

Where are your products made?
Bamboo knitting needles are made in Japan. They are crafted with select high-quality bamboo materials and advanced techniques in our factory.
How can I find the right size?
Sizes are listed on each product page. If you need help selecting a product, please contact us. We will assist you in finding the most appropriate size.
Do you offer product warranties?
