Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after receipt of the order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders with a total order value of USD 130.00 or more.This promotion may end unexpectedly. (If the delivery destination is in a remote area, a remote surcharge may be charged. )
Customs and Import Taxes
When importing goods from overseas, import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be levied on them, even if they are personal goods or gifts. These fees are usually charged when the package arrives in the destination country.
Depending on your country, you may be required to pay these charges at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost.
International Out-of-Delivery-Area
We cannot accept orders for delivery to remote areas. Orders for delivery to remote areas will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.

Disbursement Fee
For Fedex delivery, the consignee will be charged a disbursement fee separately from customs duties and other taxes. Please refer to the URL below for the FedEx fees charged on imported cargo and confirm the delivery country. You can select country and language.

By law, we cannot undervalue shipments or mark them as "Gift," and therefore, we cannot fulfill any such requests to do so.
All orders are marked as "sales products" with the full value of contents written on an invoice attached to the parcel's outside. We are unfortunately unable to ship orders without an invoice.
Please note that some countries may require parcels to be opened for customs inspection. Our store cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by customs officials.

Returned Parcel
In the event we are unable to complete the delivery, the product may be returned to our office. We will immediately contact you when the package arrives at our office.
From the date we contact you, you will have 14 days to respond to us.
You can select to either have the package resent to you or ask for a refund. The refund amount will be deducted from the cost of delivery and a small transaction fee. If you request to resend the packages, the 2nd delivery cost will be your responsibility. We will charge the shipping fee.
If there is not your response, the refund amount will be deducted from the cost of delivery and a small transaction fee.
Processing Returns
Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product if they wish to return it.
If the product is returned for the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the full cost of return shipping. Please send the return by international mail with a tracking service.
The invoice of the return shipment should be marked "Return cargo". After shipping, please contact us with the shipping company and tracking number.
Upon receipt of the goods, we will check the condition of the shipment. We will only return your package if it is unopened and unused.
Defective Products Policy
All Seeknit products are shipped after passing a thorough inspection, however, in the unlikely event of a defective product due to manufacturing reasons, warranties for one year from the date of purchase are offered. The following replacement policy is applied.
All defective products will be replaced where you purchased the products. Please contact us the product for a replacement.
If a product is missing parts, please contact us where you purchased the product within two weeks of purchasing the product.
The following products are NOT covered by the warranty.
- Defective products for which the warranty period of 14 days from the date of purchase has expired.
- Defects caused by unusual use, accident, misuse, abuse, or carelessness.
- External appearance changes such as scratches caused during use.
- Damaged or defective packages (e.g., printing errors).
- Products with defects that are NOT considered as manufacturing defects (e.g. shallow engraving, needle stain, needle color, memories of cord, discoloration of metal fittings during storage: All are complied with our standards.)
- For set items and 5-needle sets, only defective needles or parts will be replaced, - NOT all needles or parts of the set.
- Discontinued products
- Needles cannot be replaced due to breakage if they have been subjected to severe stress, such as when strong force is applied to them or when they are used as tools unrelated to needlework.
*Please handle small size bamboo needles (3.00mm or smaller) with care as they are fragile.
- Gift items (replacement request must be made by the purchaser himself/herself.)
- Damage or defects that occurred during transportation. (Please contact the shipping company / freight carrier.)
