If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request through our Withdrawal Request page before the withdrawal period expires. You will be asked to provide your name and order number and confirm your request.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email without undue delay.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds apply only to the amount paid to Seeknit for the products and, where applicable, the original shipping charge.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the returned goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, or if they are damaged, incomplete, or not in a condition suitable for resale, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the goods, as permitted under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
