If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request through our Withdrawal Request Form before the withdrawal period expires. You will be asked to provide your name, order number, and confirm your intention to withdraw.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, we will acknowledge your request by email without undue delay.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs incurred when exercising the right of withdrawal.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by customs authorities or carriers are non-refundable and remain the customer's responsibility.

Refunds are limited to the amount paid to Seeknit for the products and, where applicable, the original shipping charges.

Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a retail store.

If the returned goods have been used beyond what is necessary for such inspection, or if they are damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in a condition suitable for resale, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned products or receiving satisfactory proof that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method.
